Roche Reports Updated Phase 2 Results for Columvi in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Roche today presented updated Phase 2 trial data for Columvi (glofitamab) in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The updated data showed that the complete response rate was 39%, with 78% of complete responders remaining in remission at 12 months. These durable responses support the use of Columvi as a fixed-duration treatment option for relapsed/refractory DLBCL.
