AbbVie Reports Phase 3 MOTIVATE Results for Skyrizi in Crohn's Disease

AbbVie today announced results from the Phase 3 MOTIVATE trial evaluating Skyrizi (risankizumab) in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease who had an inadequate response or intolerance to biologic therapy. The trial met its primary endpoints, demonstrating significantly higher rates of clinical remission and endoscopic response compared to placebo at week 12.
