Eli Lilly today announced observational study results for Deucravacitinib in patients with Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The study demonstrated that Deucravacitinib reduces biomarker levels substantially compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and support the continued development of Deucravacitinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Deucravacitinib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
