AbbVie Reports long-term follow-up Data for Zanubrutinib in Lupus

AbbVie today announced long-term follow-up results for zanubrutinib in patients with lupus. The study demonstrated that zanubrutinib improves progression-free survival compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of lupus and support the continued development of zanubrutinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
