Sanofi today announced Phase 3 subgroup analysis results for Secukinumab in patients with Psoriatic arthritis. The study demonstrated that Secukinumab provides durable benefit over long-term follow-up compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Psoriatic arthritis and support the continued development of Secukinumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Secukinumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
