Biogen Reports Phase 2b Data for Inclisiran in Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis

Biogen today announced Phase 2b results for inclisiran in patients with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. The study demonstrated that inclisiran improves functional outcomes compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and support the continued development of inclisiran in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
