Amgen today announced Phase 2 results for tisagenlecleucel in patients with IgA nephropathy. The study demonstrated that tisagenlecleucel reduces biomarker levels compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of IgA nephropathy and support the continued development of tisagenlecleucel in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
