Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 LUNA trial evaluating rilzabrutinib in adults with persistent or chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating that significantly more patients treated with rilzabrutinib achieved a sustained platelet response compared to placebo.
