Roche Reports Six-Year MURANO Data for Venetoclax Plus Rituximab in CLL

Roche today presented six-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 MURANO trial evaluating venetoclax plus rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The data showed that 57% of patients who achieved undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD) remained progression-free at six years, demonstrating the durability of responses with time-limited venetoclax-based therapy.
