AbbVie today announced results from the Phase 3 SELECT-AXIS 2 trial evaluating Rinvoq (upadacitinib) in patients with active ankylosing spondylitis who had an inadequate response to biologic therapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significantly higher rate of ASAS40 response at week 14 compared to placebo.
