Roche today announced results from the Phase 3 CLEOPATRA trial evaluating Perjeta (pertuzumab) plus Herceptin (trastuzumab) and docetaxel versus Herceptin and docetaxel in patients with previously untreated HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in overall survival with Perjeta.
