Sanofi and Regeneron Report Phase 3 Results for Dupixent in Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Sanofi and Regeneron today announced Phase 3 trial results for Dupixent (dupilumab) in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The trials met their primary endpoints, demonstrating significantly higher rates of clear or almost clear skin and significant improvements in itch compared to placebo. These results led to FDA approval of Dupixent for atopic dermatitis.
