Roche today announced positive results from the Phase 3 COMMODORE trials evaluating crovalimab in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). The trials demonstrated that crovalimab was non-inferior to eculizumab in controlling hemolysis, with a significantly more convenient subcutaneous, self-administered dosing regimen.
