Regeneron Reports Phase 3 EMPOWER-Lung 1 Results for Libtayo in NSCLC

Regeneron today announced results from the Phase 3 EMPOWER-Lung 1 trial evaluating Libtayo (cemiplimab) versus chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with PD-L1 expression ≥50%. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in overall survival with Libtayo, with a median overall survival of 22.1 months compared to 14.3 months in the chemotherapy arm.
