Pfizer today announced Phase 2 results from the MagnetisMM-5 trial evaluating Elrexfio (elranatamab-bcmm) in combination with daratumumab in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The combination demonstrated an overall response rate of 75% and a complete response rate of 45% in heavily pretreated patients.
