Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 2 MajesTEC-1 Results for Tecvayli in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 2 MajesTEC-1 trial evaluating Tecvayli (teclistamab-cqyv) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who had received at least three prior lines of therapy. The trial demonstrated an overall response rate of 63%, with a complete response rate of 39% in heavily pretreated patients. These results led to FDA accelerated approval of Tecvayli.
