Hematology research laboratory

Johnson & Johnson today announced Phase 2 trial results for nipocalimab in patients with warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA). The trial demonstrated significant reductions in hemolysis markers and improvements in hemoglobin levels compared to placebo. Nipocalimab is an FcRn inhibitor that reduces IgG antibody levels, including the pathogenic autoantibodies that cause wAIHA.
