AstraZeneca Reports Phase 2 ACE-LY-004 Results for Calquence in Mantle Cell Lymphoma

AstraZeneca today announced results from the Phase 2 ACE-LY-004 trial evaluating Calquence (acalabrutinib) in patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma. The trial demonstrated an overall response rate of 81%, with a complete response rate of 40%. The median duration of response was 26 months. These results led to FDA accelerated approval of Calquence for relapsed/refractory MCL.
