Johnson & Johnson Reports Seven-Year RESONATE-2 Data for Imbruvica in CLL

Johnson & Johnson today presented seven-year overall survival data from the Phase 3 RESONATE-2 trial evaluating Imbruvica (ibrutinib) versus chlorambucil in patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The data showed that 78% of patients in the Imbruvica arm were alive at seven years compared to 65% in the chlorambucil arm.
