J&J presents five-year overall survival data from ALCYONE trial showing Darzalex plus VMP significantly improves survival in transplant-ineligible newly diagnosed myeloma.
Johnson & Johnson today presented five-year overall survival data from the Phase 3 ALCYONE trial evaluating Darzalex (daratumumab) plus bortezomib, melphalan, and prednisone (VMP) versus VMP in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who were ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. The data showed a significant improvement in overall survival with Darzalex plus VMP.
