Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 2 CARTITUDE-1 Results for Carvykti in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 2 CARTITUDE-1 trial evaluating Carvykti (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who had received at least three prior lines of therapy. The trial demonstrated an overall response rate of 98%, with a complete response rate of 78%. These results led to FDA accelerated approval of Carvykti.
