AstraZeneca today announced results from the Phase 3 ELEVATE-TN trial evaluating Calquence (acalabrutinib) with or without obinutuzumab versus chlorambucil plus obinutuzumab in patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in progression-free survival with Calquence.
