AbbVie Reports Five-Year MURANO Data for Venclexta Plus Rituximab in CLL

AbbVie today presented five-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 MURANO trial evaluating Venclexta (venetoclax) plus rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The data showed that 57% of patients who achieved undetectable minimal residual disease remained progression-free at five years.
