Pfizer Reports ATTR-ACT Results for Vyndaqel in Transthyretin Cardiomyopathy

Pfizer today announced results from the Phase 3 ATTR-ACT trial evaluating Vyndaqel (tafamidis meglumine) and Vyndamax (tafamidis) in patients with transthyretin cardiomyopathy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant reduction in all-cause mortality and cardiovascular hospitalizations compared to placebo.
