AbbVie today announced results from the Phase 3 SOLSTICE trial evaluating lutikizumab, a dual IL-1α and IL-1β inhibitor, in patients with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The trial demonstrated significant improvements in the Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Response (HiSCR) compared to placebo at week 16.
