Novartis today announced Phase 3 trial results for omidenepag isopropyl ophthalmic solution in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. The trials demonstrated significant reductions in intraocular pressure (IOP) compared to placebo, with efficacy comparable to latanoprost.
