Vertex Reports observational study Data for Imetelstat in IgA vasculitis

Vertex today announced observational study results for Imetelstat in patients with IgA vasculitis. The study demonstrated that Imetelstat provides durable benefit over long-term follow-up compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of IgA vasculitis and support the continued development of Imetelstat in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Imetelstat was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
