Eli Lilly Reports Positive VIVID-1 Trial Results for Mirikizumab in Crohn's Disease

Eli Lilly today announced positive results from the Phase 3 VIVID-1 trial evaluating mirikizumab in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. The trial met its co-primary endpoints, with significantly more patients achieving clinical remission and endoscopic response at week 52 compared to placebo.
