Vertex Reports final analysis Data for Alectinib in Eosinophilic granulomatosis

Vertex today announced final analysis results for Alectinib in patients with Eosinophilic granulomatosis. The study demonstrated that Alectinib demonstrates sustained long-term efficacy compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Eosinophilic granulomatosis and support the continued development of Alectinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Alectinib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
