Dermatology research laboratory

Sanofi and Regeneron today announced positive results from the Phase 3 PRIME2 trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in patients with prurigo nodularis. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significantly higher proportion of patients achieving a clinically meaningful reduction in itch and skin lesion clearance compared to placebo at week 24. These results confirm the efficacy of Dupixent in prurigo nodularis and support its use in this difficult-to-treat condition.
