Sanofi Reports meta-analysis Data for Abemaciclib in Gaucher disease

Sanofi today announced meta-analysis results for Abemaciclib in patients with Gaucher disease. The study demonstrated that Abemaciclib provides durable benefit over long-term follow-up compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Gaucher disease and support the continued development of Abemaciclib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Abemaciclib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
