Novartis Reports Positive APPLAUSE-IgAN Trial Results for Fabhalta in IgA Nephropathy

Novartis today announced positive results from the Phase 3 APPLAUSE-IgAN trial evaluating Fabhalta (iptacopan) in patients with IgA nephropathy at risk of progressive kidney function loss. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant reduction in urine protein-to-creatinine ratio compared to placebo at 9 months.
