Roche Reports Phase 3 extension Data for Tofacitinib in Hepatitis B

Roche today announced Phase 3 extension results for tofacitinib in patients with hepatitis B. The study demonstrated that tofacitinib reduces hospitalization rates compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of hepatitis B and support the continued development of tofacitinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
