Gilead Sciences Reports Real-World Evidence for Veklury in Hospitalized COVID-19 Patients

Gilead Sciences today presented real-world evidence for Veklury (remdesivir) in hospitalized patients with COVID-19. The data, from multiple real-world studies, showed that Veklury significantly reduced mortality and hospital stay duration compared to standard of care without Veklury. These real-world data are consistent with clinical trial results and support the use of Veklury in hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
