Roche today announced observational study results for Ibrutinib in patients with Basal cell carcinoma. The study demonstrated that Ibrutinib demonstrates durable complete remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Basal cell carcinoma and support the continued development of Ibrutinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Ibrutinib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
