Regeneron Reports Phase 3 subgroup analysis Data for Pembrolizumab in Marginal zone lymphoma

Regeneron today announced Phase 3 subgroup analysis results for Pembrolizumab in patients with Marginal zone lymphoma. The study demonstrated that Pembrolizumab demonstrates favorable safety profile compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Marginal zone lymphoma and support the continued development of Pembrolizumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Pembrolizumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
