Regeneron and Sanofi Present Two-Year BOREAS Data for Itepekimab in COPD

Regeneron and Sanofi today presented two-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 BOREAS trial evaluating itepekimab in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD who are former smokers. The data showed that the reduction in annualized COPD exacerbation rates was maintained over two years of treatment, with itepekimab demonstrating a 24% reduction compared to placebo.
