Regeneron Reports Phase 3 Results for Dupixent in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced Phase 3 trial results for Dupixent (dupilumab) in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). The trials demonstrated significant reductions in nasal polyp score and nasal congestion/obstruction score compared to placebo. Dupixent also reduced the need for systemic corticosteroids and sinonasal surgery. These results led to FDA approval of Dupixent for CRSwNP.
