Regeneron Reports Phase 3 LIBERTY AD SOLO Results for Dupixent in Atopic Dermatitis

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBERTY AD SOLO 1 and SOLO 2 trials evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The trials met their primary endpoints, demonstrating significantly higher rates of clear or almost clear skin and significant improvements in itch compared to placebo at week 16.
