Regeneron and Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBERTY ASTHMA QUEST trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in patients with moderate-to-severe asthma. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant reduction in annualized asthma exacerbation rates compared to placebo. Dupixent also significantly improved lung function and asthma control.
