Regeneron Reports Five-Year LIBERTY ASTHMA QUEST Data for Dupixent in Asthma

Regeneron and Sanofi today presented five-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 LIBERTY ASTHMA QUEST trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in patients with moderate-to-severe asthma. The data showed that the reduction in annualized asthma exacerbation rates was maintained over five years of treatment, with Dupixent demonstrating a 48% reduction compared to placebo.
