Regeneron Reports Phase 3 LIBERTY ASTHMA PEDS Results for Dupixent in Pediatric Asthma

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBERTY ASTHMA PEDS trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in children aged 6 to 11 years with moderate-to-severe asthma. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant reduction in annualized asthma exacerbation rates compared to placebo. These results led to FDA approval of Dupixent for pediatric asthma.
