Pfizer Announces FDA Approval of Elrexfio for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Pfizer today announced that the FDA has granted accelerated approval to Elrexfio (elranatamab-bcmm) for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior lines of therapy. In the MagnetisMM-3 trial, Elrexfio demonstrated an overall response rate of 61% in heavily pretreated patients.
