Novartis Reports Five-Year ERASURE Data for Cosentyx in Plaque Psoriasis

Novartis today presented five-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 ERASURE trial evaluating Cosentyx (secukinumab) in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The data showed that Cosentyx maintained significant skin clearance over five years of treatment, with approximately 60% of patients achieving PASI 90 response at five years.
