Novartis Reports Five-Year MONALEESA-2 Data for Kisqali in Post-Menopausal Breast Cancer

Novartis today presented five-year overall survival data from the Phase 3 MONALEESA-2 trial evaluating Kisqali (ribociclib) plus letrozole in post-menopausal patients with HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. The data showed a significant improvement in overall survival with Kisqali, with a median overall survival of 63.9 months compared to 51.4 months in the placebo arm.
