Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 MajesTEC-3 Results for Tecvayli in Multiple Myeloma

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 MajesTEC-3 trial evaluating Tecvayli (teclistamab-cqyv) plus daratumumab versus daratumumab plus pomalidomide and dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The combination demonstrated significant improvements in progression-free survival and overall response rate compared to the control arm.
