Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 RESONATE Results for Imbruvica in Relapsed/Refractory CLL

Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 RESONATE trial evaluating Imbruvica (ibrutinib) versus ofatumumab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in progression-free survival with Imbruvica. These results led to FDA approval of Imbruvica for relapsed/refractory CLL.
