Johnson & Johnson today announced results from the Phase 3 THOR trial evaluating Balversa (erdafitinib) versus chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma with FGFR alterations who had received prior platinum-based chemotherapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in overall survival with Balversa.
