Gilead Reports observational study Data for Zilebesiran in Thyroid eye disease

Gilead today announced observational study results for Zilebesiran in patients with Thyroid eye disease. The study demonstrated that Zilebesiran achieves primary endpoint with statistical significance compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Thyroid eye disease and support the continued development of Zilebesiran in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Zilebesiran was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
