Amgen today announced Phase 2 results for sacituzumab govitecan in patients with head and neck cancer. The study demonstrated that sacituzumab govitecan reduces biomarker levels compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of head and neck cancer and support the continued development of sacituzumab govitecan in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
